Photon Vibe - incandescent light stays on when disengaged

Hi team, I recently completed the photon vibe and it is working correctly. However, when I plugged it in with the power - presumably - off, I noticed that the incandescent bulb was still pulsing. Is this intended or is something akilter?

That's completely normal.

Effects pedals typically don't actually power down when bypassed, the circuit is still running, it's just bypassed.
