Hey everyone! Built quite a few pedals, but this is my first time on the board.
Not sure if this should be one Troubleshooting or Mod board, but here goes:
Built the Pineapple. Sounds great for the most part, but the low strings would flub out the sound almost like a fuzz. I threw my Isosceles Boost in front of it with the gain and bass almost all the way down and sounds exactly like I'd like it to sound. A little less gainy and without the low end destruction. I'm going to be going through all the caps to make sure I didn't put in a weirdly huge cap somewhere (workbench mishap, they all landed in the same spot
).
Actual question: any suggestion as to what I should do in order to bring down the input gain and bass? It's all J201's right now, btw.
