I finished this one up in late August, and I have to tell you my burnt finger brothers and sisters, this is a must build. I am dumbfounded at the output from this one, both volume and dirt. If that isn’t enough, to my ears the channel toggle switch is like lifting a lid off that’s muffling the gain with the SPDT in the up position. If you love saturation, just leave the toggle up. The output with volume at only half way has to be irritating my neighbors, and the difference in gain from mid way to 3/4 is a contrast that’s light break up OD to peel the paint off the wall. How this pedal opens up this much with just a J201 and a 4558 is beyond me. Easy build, very common components.

Small Bear 125B, Tayda 1510 black knobs. My slot play always comes up “Close Second.”
