It was an easy build and everything fit nicely. One odd sized 180n cap - I had it. I used a matte yellow - perhaps sulfur-yellow enclosure with a film free decal and 2k matte clear. The film free is tricky on this textured enclosure and I hope I will get better at using film-free on this type. I chose a large orange fluted knob for contrast and I chose an orange 5mm LED to match.
Inside I used Lumberg side jacks and a Lumberg top jack. I used a low profile footswitch and I off-boarded the LED so I could tuck the side jacks under the board. I also utilized the low ECs from PPCB for the 10u and the 100u. Everything fits easily. I did screw up drilling the enclosure and you can see a small smile gouge under the LED.
Works great: I have built this circuit a few times and some previous builds I used a 220n where the 180n was in the BOM and that resulted in a lower more flubby boost at the top. Now this circuit has unity at 9 o'clock and boost after all the way to 5 o'clock without flub. It is also a great buffer.
Sounds great!
