The color of this may give it away and I would’ve used pink knobs but the only ones I had were way too pink. Those if you familiar with the circuit, and that have eagle eyes, may notice a TL072CP instead of the CA3240EZ. Long story short I had ordered one and recieved it from Smallbear. Popped it in last night before putting it on my protoboard. To my suprise nothing! Nothing but noise. I really took my time with this pedal so I was expected it to work. I went back to the workbench and stared at the pedal until I realized I’d installed a CA3080EZ! Smallbear had sent me the wrong part. I immediately emailed them and they are sending the right part as of now. I searched and noticed a TL072 could be used so I popped it in and it worked. This is a rocking pedal! From light distortion to good chugs. Not very noisy either. Curious to hear it with the correct IC. All in all a highly recommended build.
