This pedal was built back in October and has had a permanent place on my board since. I don’t move it or disconnect it other than the main board power. Worked flawlessly from day 1, but suddenly I have no wet signal. LED still lights up, and signal passes unaltered whether the pedal is on or off. Volume and mix knobs do nothing.

Any ideas where to start with this? I’m really not familiar with the workings of the FV-1.

If the volume and mix knobs aren't working you can ignore the FV-1 for now, it almost sounds like the footswitch has failed.

Switch the pedal on, make sure you have a clean signal, then unplug power.

Do you still have sound? If so I'd look at the footswitch.
