PTP LPB-1 revisited

So way back in the beginning of 2017, I got a wild hair and decided to PTP an LPB-1 in a 1590a. I used the Beavis audio schematic which may have slightly different values, and radio shack parts, but it was an LPB and it did what it does. I ended up selling it to a friend in December of that year after I had added a switch for treble “boost” and an LED. It was a fun little project. Fast forward to last week and @SYLV9ST9R build report and the chatter over the classic usefulness of the LPB-1 and decided it was time to revisit. First I’ll show you the original and then the one I buttoned up today. Mother Nature decided to turn on the arctic AC so no spray painting possible, so it’s the “industrial” look today. You can tell me if I improved on the execution or you can totally call both of them hot dog sh*t. They are what they are. Pics:

Phenomenal build! I've also been interested in P2P. Any tips or things you learned along the way? Adding a third dimension in a circuit seems pretty daunting to me. Or I'm just over thinking it.
Thanks! I am obviously no expert here, but getting your lower connections done, especially the major runs done first is pretty key. I started with the ground bus on the right hand side. Don’t misunderstand though, I am NOT an over planner. Often times I am of the “just gonna f*cking do it. if it works great, if not I’ll try again” mindset. That’s what makes the LPB-1 a greater starter for PTP, low parts, less troubleshooting. Def don’t over think it, just give it a try
