Quick question(led)

Still really green when it comes to effects
Quick question(s):
1: Is that indeed true, that all I need to do is jump the main pads "A" to "K" to utilize the daughter board's LED pads?
2: I have not put a LED in yet, but should I be seeing 9v at all times? effect on and in bypass? doesn't 9 seem high given the clr?
Everything works. I will wait for response before moving forward with removing tranny socket and led install.
Thank you for any input that will help.

With nothing installed in those pads you have an open circuit so reading 9V on the empty LED pads is normal.

Yes, install a jumper across the A/K pads of the Range Finder PCB since you're using PCB594.
