RCA 7025 score or whore?

I saw a RCA 7025 Grey long plate D getter on Reverb the other day for under $20. At first I thought this must be a scam, but it looked legit and I figured worth the gamble for only $20. Arrived today, and looks very legit. Can't wait until I can compare to my actual RCA 7025 grey short plate with a halo getter, which is the best sounding pre-amp tube I have ever experienced. I only ever see them listed for $100+ Why would anyone sell something for so cheap if others are going for 5x the $? Fingers crossed.
Had to share, and you dudes are my only internet friends that would even get what I am talking about lol.
 
Just jammed on it and It is legit. I guess every now and then you do find a diamond in the rough. Its for sure not a NOS, so maybe that was the reasoning behind the low price.
