Thanks for the reply. I have the BOM, but the bias voltage is not specified nor is which transistor I'm suppose to bias, (there are 3). I'm assuming it's Q3 (the J201). Could these questions be specified?

From the schematic, I'd guess you're looking for 5.65v at the indicated junction.
