Red Muffin sustain pot does nothing.

I just finished building the Red Muffin and the volume and tone pots affect the sound how you would assume, but sustain doesn't do anything at all. It sounds like a boost pedal with a tone control (albeit not a very loud boost). I tested the pot and it's reading as it should. I thought I did a good job building it. If anyone has any suggestions please help point me in the right direction.

After some fiddling around with it I've discovered I can remove the Tl071 and it doesn't make any difference. It still works partially without it.

The 071 just buffers vref. Leave that in/alone.
Check values for R3 and R4. May be swapped or one is wrong

I checked them and double checked them and they are the correct values.
