Relay bypass as master switch for 2-in-1 pedal

I'm lining up future project, and one thing I would like to do is 2 effects in a box, with an order selection toggle and a switch with the relay bypass to act as a master switch.

What would be the way to go, something like this? (yellow wires were added by me to replace the orange ones) But then what happens with the GND and SW pads on the relay board?
Thanks for any insight you might have.

That depends on how you want the LEDs to behave.

You could add a third LED in the center that indicates the master on/off and let the other two indicate which pedals are active (they'd stay lit even when the master is bypassed). This would be the easiest because all you'd have to do is omit the 2N3904 on the relay board and connect an LED there. In this case you'd just ignore the SW/GND pads of the relay bypass board.

I've always preferred this approach in Multi-in-One builds because you have an indicator of what to expect when you hit the master footswitch.

Switching the two onboard LEDs with the relay bypass board is a little trickier because of how the ground is integrated into the 3PDT bypass boards... It'd be easier to do that without them and just hard wire the two footswitches.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. Yes, the first way you're describing is what I was aiming for.

So I will be boxing this thing soon (see my fist post), but was wondering about how to wire the grounds for each board for the boards/jacks. Any hindsight
