resistor swap

I'm building a B-Side Fuzz (https://docs.pedalpcb.com/project/BSideFuzz.pdf) and ordered 470K resistors but not 470 ohm.

I have 330 ohm resistors that I want to swap instead of waiting for another order to come in. Can anyone tell me what change that might have on the circuit and whether it would be substantial?

This may help.... or not if you don't have the parts. If you need a 470R you can put 2 resistors in line that total 470R, such as 250R + 220R...

Simply solder two pins of the resistors together and the other two pins in the board... It make sorts of a A shape...

I did that in the past as I couldn't source the exact required value...

Do you have any 1K resistors?

You could parallel two 1K resistors for 500R.... That'd be close enough to not bother with replacing it later.

ah good idea, to do that all I would do is insert both resistors into the hole, right?

Yep, but it might be safer to piggyback one resistor onto the other before installing so you don't have to force two sets of leads into the PCB.
