SOLVED ROG umble led doesn't light up

Just finished this umble, pedal works, sounds great, but the led won't light up when on. Tried a second led, same problem. Took it out of the box just in case it was grounding out, but it's in a plastic bezel. Still won't light up. I can run an alligator clips of both a node and cathode legs and it will light up another led from the one in the circuit. This has got me a little baffled. Any ideas anyone?

Top 2 center lugs are the led switch on position.
Check if there is zero resistance in the on position between the 2 lugs.
If it is switching, go through the circuit.

The 4k7 just about the out pad is probably the CLR

Thanks for the info again! I re flowed the 2 switch lugs and the CLR and the led works now, thank you for the knowledge.
