Sandspur Fuzz No Signal - LED and Bypass Working

I've put together a sandspur fuzz and when testing with alligator clips I don't get any signal when engaging the pedal but get a clean bypass signal and the LED turns on correctly. I tried using sockets for the transistors so I can test different transistors and there aren't any in the pictures. I've tried taking pictures of the board so if someone sees a bad solder joint or something I would like the help locating this. I've done another PedalPCB build and the same problem happened. I have done a Kliche kit I purchased from StompBoxParts and it worked first try without testing so I'm at a loss for what is happening now. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I measured with my reader set to DC power using a 9v power cord with BC108C transistors:
Left
E- 0
B- 0.555
C- 1.2

Right
E- 0.622
B- 1.2
C- 3.186

Those numbers aren’t horrible. Q2 is a little low, but that can be adjusted with the lower trimpot. Should be between 4.5v and 5v. You’d still get signal with this numbers, though. I would double check to solder bridges or cold joints…
