TL;DR: The pedal function correctly and sounds great, I just can't get the LEDs working.
So going off of this comment:
On the main board, GND and SW are jumpered on the pot side:
Just above it, I haven't resoldered the Throb LED yet because I can usually get enough contact to ensure LEDs work/are properly aligned when I build stuff. And per the above instructions, this thing should be always-on:
Unfortunately, no dice with it or the 3PDT switch LED (I've ensured the anode and cathode have been wired correctly, there's a 4.7k resistor in line with the anode side. No dice here either!
Thanks in advance for any help!

My thought was "cool, I'll do that jumpering, then use one of those PPCB footswitch PCBs with the LED solder points to add my indicator LED."The LED on the board is already the LFO LED. All you need to do is jumper GND and SW. This will just turn on this LED, always on. You don’t need the SW to be attached to the 3pdt switch anymore. Grab another LED and series it with a 4k7 resistor and attach that to the 3pdt so you can have a separate LED when the pedal is engaged.
