Shika Fuzz Signal Trouble

Probing around this board loses signal before the volume pot. I traced it up to Q4 and that's the last place audio is coming through. Just in case I switched out C14 and it didn't work. The pot is working when I test at 52K. Any help would be much appreciated. I've built this circuit a few times before, 3 successful on perf board and once with the pedal PCB board before with no issues.

Do you have audio on either side of C14?

Nope. I just de-soldered it and I am getting connectivity from Q4 on the collector side and to the output and pins 3&2 on the volume pot.

Changed out Q4 and C14. Still getting nothing.

On Q4, you should have audio on the base and louder audio on the collector. What do you actually have?

What type of transistor are you using for Q4?
