Sinus tone with Betty Boost

Hi all,

I did my very first pcb build with the betty boost.
The bypass works fine, signal is passing through fine.
When engaging the pedal I get a sinus tone which I can "control" with the Vol and Tight pots.
Not sure where this might coming from.

What would be your first guess?
Any components that typically produce these tones?

You need to post Good quality Pictures of Both sides of PCB with clear to see Components, Pots, Jack connections & Footswitch wiring.
It's got alot of components & resistor values that need to be seen clearly & List what you may have substituted from BOM?
This can also be an issue if you used standard 1/4 w size resistors instead of 1/8 w type for this Build!
It will work but ..........

Here are some pics, hope they are good to see.

I built this from a kit. I meassured all components before soldering in and they looked fine. They just forgot one 22n which I found in my bin (the red one next to the 1M resistor).

UPDATED : You are probably going to say '' Oh Crap'' or S --T!.
Your TC1044SCPA needs to go to to the Top Right beside Toggle.
TL072 to Bottom Right.

The TL072 ( IC1 ) Socket on Bottom Left - Pin 6 on solder side needs reflow or review!
