I think the tolerance is generally pretty wide for electrolytics.

I use the mini caps as well from time to time. My shop says that they're from Panasonic. My tester says ESR is quite low.

Where are you getting them?

Blooze, I wonder if your caps fell under the "magic foil" EOL nichicons. Their supplier of foil used in some cap lines discontinued production of a specific foil. This led to the cancelation/EOL of multiple nichicon SKUs including the fine gold elcaps and QYX films as well as probably others.

Sure, but if every time you buy the same cap it's always the same amount over what's on the label, I won't blame it on tolerance anymore
