Sproing Deluxe, no output

Just finished soldering the Sproing Deluxe and tried to give it an out-of-box test. There's no audio at all regardless of the switch settings.

Waiting on a cheap scope to arrive tomorrow (I've been wanting one anyway). In the meantime, I figured I'd get the ball rolling with questions. What's the likely culprit for zero output either engaged or bypassed?
  • Pedal powers on (see LED in front of LDR illuminated)
  • Hitting reverb and tremolo switches turn verb and tremolo on/off (see associated LEDs illuminate / turn off)
  • Speed knob affects tremolo light speed.
Stuff that I'm reasonably sure I did wrong:
  • only the middle 4 spots for the 3PDT breakout were labeled (In, GND, SW, Out). I thought I'd be 'clever' and use a 4 pin ribbon cable between the breakout and the Sproing deluxe PCB. Looking at other gut shot photos, I can see that others have soldered all of those (what are the unlabeled terminals?). If this is the source of the issue, I'm happy. Hopefully, posting this prevents others from making the same mistake. If it's not the issue and those pins are unused, maybe it saves someone the trouble of soldering them.

....And looking at the traces on the PCB image, it's all clear (leaving my question anyway so others don't make my mistake). Input at the top of the board goes directly to that outside left pin and the outer right pin goes to the input of the trem switch. So without those connections on both switches, there's no output. This is a useful learning experience.
