Strat Wiring Schematic

Does anyone have a link to, or an image of, a true schematic of a traditional Strat circuit. Not a wiring diagram (there’s thousands of those online) but a bona fide electronic schematic, showing the input jack, pots, caps, switch, etc. — just like something Mr. Bugg would produce in the build docs.

Actually, I’m a little confused now… I’ve always soldered the last tab (lug 1) to the case on the volume pot to ground it, and see this as the standard. This is in line with the posted schematic, which shows the volume pot wired as a voltage divider. However, in a guitar I’m currently replacing the volume pot on (HSS), the current pot does not have that last lug grounded - so that makes it wired as a variable resistor, right? It certainly works fine, but am wondering why both wiring schemes work. Any explanations? Thanks.

In this pic, I’ve already unsoldered all the ground wires from the volume pot, but that last lug is untouched.
