Stripping down phase 95 to make it small

First post, I would like to say Howdy and this place is cool. I hope I am not posting this in the wrong area.
I want to make a phase 95 as physicallysmall as possible.
I have good soldering skills, but I am pretty fresh when it comes to modifying pedals.
I want to remove the 1/4 input and output jacks and then bring the guitar signal in and out with 20G wire.
PROBLEM- I will be bringing 2 wires in and 2 wires out while the jacks each have 6 pins going into the board (12 total for 4 wires)
So I need to know what 4 holes to solder my 4 in&out wires to? and what to do with the other 8 holes in the board? I think I have the rest under control. I will just need remote mount the speed control and the DC input.
Any and all coments, ideas , criticism, corrections, etc, welcome

How's this going for you?

Are you sticking the Phase 95 inside a guitar, or some other reason you're trying to make the build as small as possible?

You'll need to use a DMM to sort out which wire goes to which hole, shouldn't be too difficult. [EDIT: you don't need to do anything with the unused 8 holes]

Post pics of your progress thus far.
