SOLVED Super hetrodyne not oscillating

Hello. This my seventh pedal build, but first one this expensive and with so many ic's. I also lost my mind when I started building it and soldered the pots,and switches on the wrong side.... I finally got it all straightened out and put together, but only the square wave and subharmonic parts are working. It's like it wants to, I hear some stuff, like tails, but then the gate locks them down. If I switch to oscillate then it's only the square wave sound. The whole master oscillating side seems to be dead. Where should I start? I tried to shoot for continuity to ground, but I'm not sure where to go next. Thanks for any help.

Really haven't made any headway with this. Which of the IC's would control the oscillator section? I don't really understand how to trace the schematic to figure out where to start. Thanks.

Still not having much luck on my own. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Is there anyone in the forums that could help in anyway? Any bread crumbs would be much appreciated.

If there is no continuity between pin 9 on ic 4046 and the potentiometer for rate could this be my issue? Please help me. I obviously have no idea what I'm doing.

In my inexperience, excitement and haste I accidentally soldered my pots and switches on the wrong side. I think while I was removing them I destroyed the trace on the third leg of the rate pot. I made a little jumper and now it works.

I think most of us have done that at one time or another. I soldered the 4PDT toggle switch to the wrong side of a Covert board. Realized my mistake just after I completed the last solder joint. The switch did not survive removal.
