Happy to report, after much, ahem...procrastination..., I have finally embarked on the Pedal building Journey with my elementary school daughter!! Together we built the Stew Mac Swell Drive pedal kit, that uses the PedalPCB Procrastinator design (with attribution of course). One of many projects on my list, but needed a little nudge and snagged it on sale. The best mistake I made was telling my daughter she could build with me. By the end of the build she was soldering by herself (with safety supervision of course). We are very proud that it worked right off the bat, and we avoided some resistor mix ups with some basic double checking through the early steps of the project. Very happy with the result, and the victory will probably set off an avalanche of projects over the next weeks and months! And hats off to Pedal PCB of course for a nicely designed and packaged circuit board!!
