Most of you know already that Small Bear Electronics' doyen Steve Daniels retired and SBE was bought by synthCube (yes, small "s").

The integration of SBE into sC's business is haphazard at best, an aborted Borg-assimilation of sorts — in some ways the two are indistinct, but I find in far more ways they remain quite distinct despite sharing some website similarities. Let us hope more integration is forthcoming. Meanwhile...
Anomalies between the two websites abound.
EX1
Searching for Wah enclosures, was my first foray into the disparate nature of the one-company/two-systems; SBE only showed cheap DIY enclosures whereas I found solid assembled wah-enclosures on sC that you would think would also appear on SBE's site, given the more focused target market of SBE for such an item.
EX2
LDRs can be found on BOTH sites, but only SBE's site offers a bulk discount; if you buy LDRs in bulk from sC, you're paying too much.
Ex3
SBE has for sale cardboard boxes for shipping your completed builds to family, friends, buyers etc. A quick search of sC revealed no such corrugated containers.
TLDR
Usually, when sC has a sale/&or discount-code the same can be applied to SBE — just know that the items & deals you seek on one website may not be reflected in the other — so check both carefully! (see EX2 above)
