Tactic fuzz power polarity

Hi!
Is Pedal PCB Tactic fuzz powered with normal 9V DC center negative polarity? It uses germanium transistors, but I can't spot any voltage converter in the scheme.
For Thorpy Tacit there is a special statement:

POWER: The Tacit Blue is designed to work at voltages of 9V DC. Unlike some germanium Fuzzes, the Tacit Blue uses a regular polarity input from a quality centre negative power supply such as the Gigrig Generator or Voodoo Lab Pedalpower Plus. DO NOT attempt to use this pedal with other voltages or polarities.

It uses NPN germanium transistors, a negative supply / inverter isn't required.
