Breadboarded this out last week and finally got around to finishing it/boxing it up today. Really happy with how this one turned out. The 16b germ is a bit more gain that most recommend (74hfe) but I tested a ton of transistors including about 10 2n404s in the right gain range but liked the sound of this one better. I A/B’ed it with my Land Devices HP and it’s really close. This one will go on the pedalboard. It’s really satisfying to get a pedal voiced exactly how you want it.

Used the film free toner transfer for the labeling of the enclosure.

Thanks! I’ve found a lot more success with direct application of the glue to the decal rather than the enclosure. Still dialing in exact timing of the initial bake but getting pretty good results at this point.
