Tayda 125b won't screw closed? - Use a Machine Tap!

Just wondering... are people having problems with the current 125Bs from Tayda, or has it been smooth sailin lately?

I always turn the Screws anti clockwise until I feel a jump & then I screw them in without issue.
The reason I do this is the Screws can try and tap a new thread!!!
Sometimes there can be some Paint in the thread so it will be a little firm & I take the screw back out & give it a tap on the bench and any debri falls out.

Absolutely!! Every screw, every time. If you don't feel that little click when turning the "wrong" way, you'll have a worse time screwing it in, to say the least.
