Tayda UV Print Tool Final Update Gloss Testing

Amazing tool, just one question from me. Are we okay uploading RGB images or do they need to be CMYK? Or do they get converted to what they need to be, by this tool?

(I guess two questions)
You’re good to upload RGB

The tool converts everything to CMYK internally and builds the proper print layers automatically.

No prep needed on your end.

What would be the best way of getting rid of the white layer after running a file through PedalForge? I've had some amazing results from it so far but certain designs would've definitely benefitted from not having the white layer beneath as it sometimes outlines the colour layer rather than just sitting neatly beneath it.

Would it be done through Illustrator / Affinity? I've uploaded the artwork (unedited) to Tayda's UV templates and didn't select white layer, so I'm wondering if they'd skip it or just print it anyway since the layer is still in the file.

I use Affinity so don't know if this applies to Illistrator.

It sounds like you have clear outlines on your color layer artwork while the white layer has white outlines. If so just make them the same color as your fill color. Or make the white layer outlines clear.

Depending on the color of the powdercoat not having a white layer can really affect the colors of your print. Tayda has, or at least had I haven't read through their new help file, a section that covered this in their print help pages.
