Thermionic Distortion Diode Question

Hello everyone. I'm putting together a Thermionic Distortion and have a question. In the build PDF parts list it has a 1N4148 for D2, D3, D4 and D5 but on the PCB board and in the schematic it has a 1N5817 listed for the Diode. I have both so I can use either one but just wanted to make sure I was not going to cause an issue.

Any help would be appreciated!

Go with 1N4148 (except for D1, that should be 1N5817)
