Trouble with order

Hey, I'm trying to see if anyone has had trouble receiving their orders if you're from overseas. I'm from Australia and I did my first order about a month ago now and it's been sent back to sender once already and then when they resent it got to Australia and seems to have been sent back again. Not sure if this is the right sort of post to make in the forum but I've sent PPCB a few emails about it and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue in the past :(

Since November of 2024, international shipments have randomly been returned by USPS before ever departing the country. No reason, no indication of an issue on tracking, and no markings on the returned packages. No one at the local post office could explain what was happening.

We tried more descriptive customs declarations, more specific harmonization codes, different packaging, not taping over the labels, drop boxes vs handing the package to a worker over the counter, etc.... nothing seemed to have an effect. They never made it to customs, so it wasn't an international issue.

We spent three days at the post office with the post master trying to get to the bottom of what was happening. Packages were reshipped by the postal workers directly, then tracked, yet they would still randomly be returned.

Finally, on 9/2/25, after several phone calls, the post master found the source of the issue....

Someone at the sort facility in Jacksonville Florida has been tossing outbound international shipments into the inbound container, sending them right back to our local post office to be returned.

Since then all international shipments have cleared customs and made their way to the destination country, so it would appear that issue has finally been resolved.... there have been no returned shipments this month, until now.

According to tracking yours (which was reshipped on 9/2) cleared USA customs and made it all the way to Brisbane, AU before it was apparently rejected. It's in Queens, NY at the moment so should be here within the next few days.

There's no information online about why it was rejected but there should be a label on the package indicating why, since it did actually get processed by customs (outgoing and returning).
