Trying to identify a part

I'm looking inside a pedal I like and it has this tiny component I assume is a cap. As far as I can tell the markings are MRL and 650 - it might be MAL. But I think MRL is more likely. Is this a 65pF cap?

Man, I can't read that even with zoom but looks like a mlcc or maybe a axial tant.
650 is 65p. If you can't make it out for sure are you able to just desolder from the left pot and measure it?
