Someone local wants me to make them a double tracker and I want to get them what they are after. His main priority was stereo and it seems like the stereo mod will be a non issue. My question is the following, what signal is the Unison sending in stereo and are there ootions? Is it a twin wet/dry blend able signal to each out if so then that is probably perfect.

The stereo mod is wet/dry. The pedal itself is mono, so you won't get stereo out of it, you would need to build two of them in one enclosure for actual stereo. But since it's a doubler, the wet/dry might still be ok - you do get a wider total image with one side being "doubled" (slight pitch and time modulation) and the other not.
It's not the same thing as stereo though, so if that was his main priority then it's not a great fit - unless you build two of them in one enclosure like I said. That way it would be stereo.
