Never had this happen before. Not sure if the mean 1pcs as in a single PCB or 1pcs of the multiple batches I ordered.

It usually means one individual PCB was damaged (or didn't pass E-test) in fabrication.

Good to know. Funny part was the email asked me if I wanted a coupon as reimbursement but also said not to reply

I don't recall ever actually receiving the coupon.

I get one for submitting their end-of-year financial audit, but never for any missing PCBs.

Yeah, happened to me too on my last order, but they specifically told me that it was just 1 piece

I've had this a few times, they usually give me a $2 coupon that I can't use in conjunction with any other coupons.
