wrecktifier distortion

hello, i built a wrecktifier distortion, it works fine, when engaged, but when in bypass, no signal goes through. I suspect that the footswitch may be the suspect, but when i measured all points, there was continuity, as it should. If you have any suggestions what might the problem be, i would be very grateful
