Wrectifier - No Sound, voltage going in but 0 at R1.

I finished the Wrectifier build this evening, thought it looked pretty good and went smoothly. Plugged it in, and nothing. Checked the voltage going in on that red wire, it's around 9v. But when I go to R1, R2, and anywhere else in the circuit I get 0. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Unreal. Sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes.

Now, any tips on how to deal with the striped end solder pad? I swear I did not tear it out while removing the backwards diode, but I definitely do not see it there now. Can I link that pad somewhere to fix this and not have to take a third attempt at this pedal? There is voltage going to that diode but nowhere else now.

I'm not familiar with this pcb.. depending on which pad is missing you can connect red wire directly to anode or solder diode directly to dc jack socket and then run a wire from cathode to the pcb.. there's couple possible scenarios here. Or you can scrape off some solder mask from a pcb, next to lifted pad and solder cutoff resistor leg between diode and exposed track.
