Xotic X-Blender but with 2 parallel loops and stereo

Currently using the standard X Blender. I like running my delays in “kill dry” so you can blend the effect to taste. I’ve owned the EHX Switchblade Deluxe but it was noisey. I believe the impedances were all over the place to allow use of different instruments.

I have have a this1smyne blender, which I believe is a simple jfet blender, but it alters the tone.

The only other comparable blender I’ve owned is the discontinued Barge Concepts VB Jr. It was the best. Burr brown chips and he even used a photocell type deal for expression pedal.

Boss LS-2 was too noisy and just awkward.

Is there a comparable DIY dual blender available that im not aware of?

I can take some gut shots of the x blender but it does have some and components.

Yea I know it isn’t the best photo but I can take her apart and show the goods if anyone would like to trace it. I’m not that knowledgeable.

You didn't really explain what exactly it does, or sell the thing to us very much. And you're not asking for a clone of an existing pedal, but something with more added features? It's a bit confusing as a request. Normally the requests also take a long time, so don't expect any immediate results.

https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/obne-signal-blender.10640/ this one might also be close enough to work for you, I guess.

Honestly I wasn’t really expecting much of anything to be honest. I saw there was interest in parallel loopers and I own an X-Blender and was just offering to show gut shots if anyone was interested. I “assumed” everyone was familiar with the pedal. Basically it can work as a true bypass loop or a parallel blender. It’s buffered and when the been side is engaged you have the large knob to go from all wet to just dry. It also has a phase inverter, level control, 3 band eq and a boost switch. All of which are active only when the blend side is engaged. I wish it had 2 parallel loops but that’s just me.

I’ve attached a copy of the manual. It had a block diagram and also explains it a lot better than me. Hope that helps with any and all questions.

Pics of manual I’d preferred.

I knew I wanted it, I just didn’t know why. Thank you sir. 🤣

I have seen this video while searching for a loop blender pedal a few months ago and I am still thinking about it. It might be a nice standalone project for a wah/volume enclosure (they can be bought from various places).
