zapper not working

Hello, I just completed the zapper and there are some issues. It powers up, although the LED just briefly flickers when I press the stomp switch. The gain and pitch pots work in the sense of increasing the volume of what sounds like a sine wave. Similarly the pitch pot increases the frequency. However, when a guitar is plugged in, the pedal does not effect the incoming signal. I just get the same high pitched sound. When the stomp switch is turned off, the sound does pass through the pedal without effect. Any idea of what I should check to see what the problem is? From what I can tell all the soldering and wiring looks good. Thanks!

It's difficult to see and trace some of your wiring some parts are out of focus or behind wires and pretty dark

Can't see your DC jack clearly do you get 9v between the pcb + and - pads

All the resistors I can see zooming in look correct hard to see R102 can't tell if it's brown black orange gold 10K or red black orange gold 20K

Thanks for the reply. I had a closer look at the board and found two contacts that were not soldered. Problem solved! Plugged it in and it seems to work. The effect is somewhat subtle but it is for my son, so once he gets back I'm sure he can get it to sing. Cheers.
