M-Line Baritone Tele Project - Demo added

Dang I've been wondering if those startosphere bodies were actually GFS, it seems that isn't the case?
I don't think they are. I mean, they might be made in the same factory but the neck pocket is done better, the control cavity is cut better and the finish is better.

Wow! The grain looks really good.

I love the look of that staple bridge pickup. How does it sound?
I just got my 3 way switch and wired it up. Kinda hard to say how it sounds as I don't really have a frame of reference, it could sound very different in a standard scale length guitar. But so far I'm digging it. It handles gain very well and with the right pedal can chug pretty well for a single coil. Actually a bit surprised that it's a fairly vintage output pickup. It measures 6.53k. For some reason I was expecting it to be hotter.

I'll try to get a demo up tomorrow.

You are going to absolutely love this thing man. Looks great. I just finished up my baritone and it sounds so cool. Going to be posting some sounds this week. Looking forward to hearing yours!
It's a WHOLE lot of fun to play for sure! Although I'm not exactly sure how to approach playing it.

When I first finished my Bari build I started out with faux spaghetti western noodling, but soon realized that it’s sounds so lovely just playing the same old same old on it. Like comparing a viola to a violin, you can play the same notes, but there’s a slightly different harmonic richness to them. This is especially true to me from say the 7th fret (where you’re basically hitting regular E tuning) on up.

This is exactly how I felt about it. You can do the spaghetti western thing sure but just playing the same stuff I usually do sounds so different now. Also it’s the best sounding clean tone I’ve ever played. It really doesn’t need much to sound great
