Hey Fig!!! GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

That PIA bending unit is holding up the works again! He's just stalling while waiting for approval for his own series, Leave it To Bender. If it goes through, 3/4 of the Futurama robot cast will walk. We thought we had struck a deal with the Robot Devil (their union leader) , but it turns out he doesn't keep his word. They've even got Amy Wong considering a part, but activists have protested that only authentic robots should be cast in the those roles. The pilot titled Kill All Humans, was well-received by studios but Rodriguez's agent stated Tuesday that negotiations have halted after he allegedly demanded to direct the entirety of the proposed series.

I've a good mind to pop back in time to the day Mom talked me into buying that lazy robot, and get that sweet hover-mower I was looking at instead.

Besides, everyone knows I make the show, right? I said right?!?

He’s just jacking on again…

Then when he gets the exorbitant money he’s askin’, he’ll be all …

Did they replace the voice-chip and mechanical larynx in Bender?
Or is he still being voice-massaged by DiMaggio?

Anyway... I've only seen the first 2 or 3 seasons ever and right now...

I'm too busy at the moment catching up on Star Wars series to worry about a long time ago in a Futurama far far away...

I have a hot take... Futurama>Star Wars (at least anything after Empire)

Don't hate me Bricksy!
I liked Rogue One. It's the best post '80's SW film. It's a very low bar to clear, I know.

RotJ makes the wife happy, (F'in Ewoks) and it features Bacc-bacc (as one 4yo twin calls him) so that kid's happy too.

But, all that said, from the very little I have seen of Futurama, you may have a point.

Rogue One was good, I forget that sometimes. That diamond is surrounded by some serious rough.
It had its issues, but outside of there being no fucking way that data handoff would have succeeded with Vader right there, it worked.

Solo wasn't as bad as I heard, so maybe I had lowered enough expectations to make it through it ok.

Rebellions are built on hope. I appearently had too much and saw all three sequel trilogy films in theaters. My favorite parts were that delicious overpriced popcorn and when they were over so I could leave.

I’d say in terms of canon content, the level of emjoyability is:

A New Hope- ⭐⭐⭐⭐️ 1/2
Empire Strikes Back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Return of the Jedi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Phantom Menace ⭐⭐⭐
Attack of the Clones ⭐⭐
Revenge of the Sith ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Clone Wars (Movie) ⭐⭐
Clone Wars (Series) ⭐⭐⭐⭐️ 1/2
Rebels ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Force Awakens ⭐⭐
Rogue One ⭐⭐⭐️ 1/2
Last Jedi 1/2
Solo ⭐⭐⭐
Rise of Skywalker ⭐️ 1/2
Mandalorian ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2
Bad Batch ⭐⭐⭐
Book of Boba Fett ⭐⭐️ 1/2
Obi Wan Kenobi ⭐⭐⭐
Andor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ahsoka ⭐⭐⭐⭐️ 1/2

Feel like I might be forgetting something, but…

I went to the Force Awakens at a "beer" theater. Best part was when a dude got drunk and loud enough for them to stop the film right as "planet death star" explodes. Ruining an enormously disappointing movie in a humorous way.

I know that I've seen Solo but I remember absolutely nothing except for the fact that Childish Gambino and the dragon queen were in it.

What, no Ewok Adventure movies? If you haven't seen them, for the love of all things, don't.

Last Jedi must have gotten that half star just for spelling it's own name on the test.

Just finished Ahsoka. Andor is next.

I enjoy the Ewok adventures for what they are. The 1985 animated “Ewoks” series is much more enjoyable though, and more nostalgic to me since I used to tend the VHS of the first few episodes all the time at my library when I was a kid. Just didn’t include them since they’re not canon. Same with the absolutely stellar Clone Wars series done by Tartakovsky in 2003

Sounds like the best way to end it.

Don't forget that chick from Mission Impossible 2 or 3 (Thandiwe Newton) and the 3rd guy working at Cheers (Woody Harrelson).
