Blue Shoe Gai Pan

Hi guys
I am building a Blue Shoe Gai Pan and i'd like to know where is the resistor in charge of the indication LED (Rled)?
plus i want to put a white led but i don't want to be blinded when i turn it on, so what will be the best value for that?

most likely it will be the one with the 4.7K value near the LED --- R102

Are you using a 3mm or 5mm LED? 4k7 shouldn't be overly bright in either case

i'll use a 3mm LED, best thing is probably test different value before soldering.
