What's your current headache?

That sucks! Sorry about that.
Situation is: manager is painfully adverse to conflict. Owner recently decided he only wanted to feature wealthy artists and wealthy clientele. New hire came in, she been swinging her dick around, pissing off all the less thans while cozying up to the manager.

Stickwife says "hey, maybe we could pull in a wider audience (and this more money) by including more than just the ultra affluent. Which the owner thinks is a political stance, because his brain is mush.

Yeesh.

That sounds like a stupid reason to fire somebody. WTF.

Stickwife sounds cool.

I hope she lands somewhere that sucks less.

Gahhhhh stickwife just got fired.

Fucking fuck fuck stupid fuck incompetent ass rich-guy funded art gallery that caters to boring ass rich people art.

Gaaaaahhhhh fuck. She gonna be crushed.
That sucks. But I did read this as you knew and she was going to find out.
I was thinking, ah shit. What did he do?

Sounds like a situation that's in the process of getting septic. Sucks for the short term but probably better off long term. No sense in working for someone who can't handle an open conversation about the operation.
Time to get a street vendor license and setup a macaroni art stand out front of the former employer. And maybe some of that paint pouring that white boomers are into so heavy.

Employer (insurer?) tweaking coverage for 2025 in a very vague way that could be quite …stupid. They cut out my hospital for sure—all I know right now. Of course ins co is being slow/difficult to contact. 'murica
Well, according to a customer service rep—who is surely not of this planet—my specialist will still be in-network in 2025. I had them email me the chat transcript for evidence just in case.

He's a super great one, too. Took a while to see him, but I was into surgery in less than two weeks. It was a great marker for a rather abysmal first half of 2024.

My neighbor across the street is a old widower. He usually calls for help when he needs something lifted and I'm happy to do it. Today this guy got trapped in his deer netting.

Happy I got him out but the headache was that it took 20 minutes to get him out of the netting. He also bit me and since I had just came back from a bike ride, my heart was pumping hard and it looked like a scene from Carey.

They give me a literal headache. The mold.

I’m on a corner lot, it usually ends up being 30-40 bags.
I wear a mask any time I do yard work, the amount of dust, pollen, etc. That gets kicked up is unreal. I share your corner lot pain. The 50ft. oaks out front only dropped maybe 25% of their leaves so far.
