What’s on *YOUR* workbench?

BOO!! - 0,5mm off... Used the dremel drill press and started with 1mm holes, then 3mm. It wasn't too easy to find, but I got a step bit which starts at 3mm, so I can make this tool work on my window desk. fucked.jpg

HURRAY!! Stepped them all 1mm larger and with some filing and manual step bit pushing and turning I made it look perfect.

Eyeballed these suckers succesfully. They're 1,7mm apart from wherever you measure (between them, top bottem, sides). Such a strange perfect condition, as if they were made to fit this.

Desoldering is exciting.

With only 1mm to spare! Going to have to drill some standoffs in the side to mount the power module. And then figure out something to keep the main board from not hanging from the mini jacks at the lower part, as I removed the top ones which held it nicely horizontal. Didn't think of this beforehand.

Guess all the rest is going to be easy peasy!

For some reason I committed to building all the main bluesbreaker variants available through PedalPCB. Except the OG, which I really wanted to make on vero or perf. I finally finished the last one today and am free of this self imposed project purgatory. I’ll do a combo build report soon but most of them sound the same and I don’t think I like bluesbreaker circuits anymore 🤣

Please don’t say anything if I missed any variants.

um......I don't see a Paragon.....

I hated the hard click on the red tayda pro footswitch. I decided to take apart my oddity from @Robert and update it. I took out the 2n5088s with twisted legs and put some vintage 2sc945s in their place. Also used one of @szukalski mini relay bypass. So much better than before and back to rocking 🤘View attachment 105617
I feel like I should start using relay bypass for my builds. Are those mini boards for sale somewhere?
