Yet Another Analog Delay

Only components that differ from the doc is R45- I went with 24k, and I used an NE571

FX loop is inserted between Lug 2 of the FDBK pot and the board

BLST shorts lug 2 & 3 of the FDBK pot, and puts a 10k in parallel with R45

Spent about an hour troubleshooting this before I realized I'd put a 79L15 in one of the regulator spots 🤣

Vid is without any calibration except to the clock trimmer. And, yeah, I still don't know what to do with delay pedals

Went together easily enough, and sounds great despite my bias against space and time based pedals

Put a 3p momentary in the BLST switch position andwhen the pedal is disengaged you could have momentary on with BLST!
That would be a lot of cable flying around in that YAAD though. Could cause some noise.

So, thinking about this concept, I think it could be cool, but might work better with a reverb. My buddy's got a few ambient things he wants built, and he loves the blast switches, so I'll try it on at least one of those and report back

Could put a buffered bypass in and always feed the reverb input signal. Then when you step on the blast, you get head 🤣 (vs tails)
Break it with an internal dpdt with straight input on the other side
Blast head/Blast tail
That would probably be cooler on a delay. Could do some call and response chaos.
