25 years later, a symphonic version of the well known song. Never caught the lyrics as they were, dressed in Papa Roach's upbeat anthem; ready to rumble (heh). Not so much for this version, which gives me ant tits all over.
A few years ago I went through a playlist with hundreds of videoclips of rock from the 90s-00s, which made me believe the 2000s were all about nighttime pool parties. Everything seemed to go great, and then the 2008 housing crisis came and it got from bad to worse ever since. I feel sorry for the youth we've created and the world we leave for them. I think the revamp of this song, the grasping for hope in all its epicness, is a sign of our times. So hopeful, yet signifying nothing... Because having hope borders on the delusional these days...

That’s almost as bad as disturbed covering the sounds of silence.
My favourite part of Last Resort lore is when the radio edit showed up and it made the verses unintelligible. It was great. They wanted no mention of self harm or cuss words.

Man. I love CMIs. It owning one wasn't a full time job I would consider it as they haven't gotten to full unobtainium status yet, somehow. Probably because of the maintenance needed...
Maybe once I fully tire of punching up from the bottom of capitalist society and build my small bunker in the mountains...

While you are editing your post from “fat black lesbian rapper” to “fat black trans rapper” you should also edit out everything but “rapper” in that phrase, cause that other stuff doesn’t matter at all.
