So i might have over did it. Newark had some crazy good deals on kemet film caps. And i was low on a couple values that I use a lot of. And well some of them were just too cheap to pass up. I think i’m set for awhile.

DDid you buy them all? Only finding a couple of values via the warehouse overstock/hot deals area.

Bass VI neck came a day early. When I took it out of the box at lunch at first I was like 'did they send me a jag neck?' it felt so small. But as you can see here with my 28 5/8" Reverend baritone tele for scale - it's correct. Fit is perfect. Feels fantastic.

My new pickups and other hardware won't be here for a bit so I ordered the Fender VI strings to string it up temp. La Bella makes a flat wound Bass VI set that just might be what the doctor ordered. They are $50 though so when I put them on they are not coming off. Being flats they might outlive me haha.

I didn’t i looked them up by searching rsbec (its the first part of the manufacturers part #). Heres some
Of the part #’s. The 100n isnt in tnere but it should be findable. Yea i just searched rsbec last screen shot I never look for them in the deals i just looks up caps and dig til i find a deal then search that series (kemet has been what ive found before there super cheap) See last screenshot

My friend has helped both my wife & I out so much that we go out of our way trying to return the favour(s).
So what does he do? He comes over and gifts me the Dr Scientist Bitquest for me helping him out this past year!

This is how volume-wars escalate. I need to turn it up a few notches as a thank-you for going above and beyond, well beyond, with this Bitquest — but if I do, he'll turn up the volume, too.

Next thing you know we'll both be both broke and deaf.

Seattle folks, absolutely get to Ravenna and check out Reanimated Music! It's a terrific spot. Just traded in a bunch stuff and got this mixer and (not pictured) a mic shield. Promptly spent a few hours creating some wild no-input sounds.

Oh, I've got a couple of proto boards: BMP2, super-fuzz
A couple of revised boards: modded kewpie, power+IO, relay bypass

Hopefully only one of those will need a do-over
