Paradise overdrive noise help

Hello everyone, I recently build the Paradise overdrive from pedalpcb. Sounds quite good, but unfortunately there is quite a bit of noise, when the guitar volume is lowered.

And I just can't figure it out. I tried different power supplies, reflow the solder joints...maybe the chip itself is bad

I interchanged C2 from 47nf to 2,2NF, no change.
Also the C100 is soldered on the pad not through the hole, since I couldn't get the solder out. I added another capacitor to the power jack, no change

Some of your solder joints look pretty hungry at first glance... Another tip would be to sand/file inside where the input/output jacks are mounted.... I also take a drill bit and remove the paint in at least two of the screw holes on bottom plate so the entire enclosure is grounded. I also chase the threads with a 10/32 tap so the screws are buttery smooth as well...

This isn't my best soldering job :D, but it seems to be alright, I reflowed it again after this just in case...I used plain metal enclosure. The pedal sounds as it should, except for the hum.
