SOLVED Red Muffin sustain pot does nothing.

I just finished building the Red Muffin and the volume and tone pots affect the sound how you would assume, but sustain doesn't do anything at all. It sounds like a boost pedal with a tone control (albeit not a very loud boost). I tested the pot and it's reading as it should. I thought I did a good job building it. If anyone has any suggestions please help point me in the right direction.

After some fiddling around with it I've discovered I can remove the Tl071 and it doesn't make any difference. It still works partially without it.

Now go to your OP, click on EDIT and up in the left corner of the post by the Thread Title is a drop down menu labelled (Prefix)... therein you'll find the SOLVED! button.
