Love the Neve knobs. So you like the sound of the Plaid better? Which works better with a Strat? The Plaid I would think.

i don't have a strat. just a tele and an SG, but i really play bass and have 47 of them. 1/2 of them are short scales and the other half long scales.
i just buff the enclosures on a large free standing buffer.
