Hmm. Did you add an on/off LED as well? I believe that can cause popping. You can use some resistors and a capacitor to fix it: https://www.muzique.com/lab/led.htm

The optocoupler is also providing variable resistance in that loop so you could play with that? But seems like a high resistance pot is a good place to start.

Good point. They leave off the Mini SE though, wasn't sure if that was intentional.

Does anyone know if the Kliche Mini breakout board for the switch is the same as the Kliche breakout board sold separately on the site? Or perhaps the same as a different breakout board? I lifted a pad on mine and would like to get a replacement if possible.
